I liked the book very much. It’s opened my eyes to understanding not only my emotions but also that other people around me. I believe that EI is that skill that once lacked in my life, like a void that emotionally needed to be filled. In his book there were no exercises, no descriptions what to do to rise EI. Just cases before and after the course of EI. I began to collect exercises and techniques by myself.
Because of the inspiration I’ve gained personally, I wanted to share with you my ideas and experiences of introducing EI in business, family and sports.
First of all EI for me are four skills:
1. Understanding my personal emotions and feelings,
2. Managing the psychophysical state of body and mind
3. Understanding emotions and feelings of other people
4. Managing the psychophysical state of body and mind of other people
This is the beginning about myself. In the next post I’ll tell you how I raised my positive mood and became ready for work.
